Establish the design brief
Review the intended use, dimensions, equipment loads, access needs and existing foundations or structure with the project team.

Model & fabricate
Develop the assembly and connection details, examine the relevant load cases, and prepare fabrication geometry for cutting, welding and assembly.

Install & check
Coordinate lifting and fit-up, assemble the connections and verify dimensions and interfaces against the agreed design.

Common questions
Can design, fabrication and installation be discussed as one scope?
Yes. These activities are represented in our existing steelwork and service-platform portfolio. The final responsibilities, design inputs and installation interfaces are established for the specific project.
Is load analysis available for custom structures?
The existing engineering portfolio includes SolidWorks modelling and finite-element static load analysis. The required load cases and connection checks depend on the intended assembly and its use; an initial enquiry does not constitute design approval.
Can a platform be built around existing process equipment?
Our portfolio includes custom maintenance-access platforms around process columns. Site dimensions, equipment clearances, support conditions and maintenance access must be reviewed for the proposed installation.
